Park Place, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser that its Shutters Etc. by Park Place product, properly installed and maintained in the window or door for which it was made in a residential dwelling, will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the shutters from the date of sale to the original purchaser. The finish is warranted for a period of fifteen years from the date of sale.

This warranty does not include any conditions or damages resulting from accidents, alterations, misuse, abuse, misapplication, exposure to the elements, fire, flood, or other acts of God, improper maintenance, or failure to follow use and care instructions. Park Place will not be liable for damage or loss to other property, and after a period of two years from date of purchase, will not be liable for trip charges, measuring, disassembly, removal, reassembly or reinstallation of this product.

This warranty does not apply to conditions characteristic to the product caused by normal wear and tear upon the product.

This warranty does not imply automatic replacement of the product. Park Place reserves the right to repair or replace any product at our discretion.
